Refund / Return / Delivery Policy

1. Applicability This policy
applies to all products, courses, treatments, room rentals, training or services you book or purchase from Aura-X.
2. Refunds & Returns
- Courses / Online Training:
- If the course is digital or online and access has already been granted, you may not be entitled to a refund, unless required by law.
- For services not yet started, you may cancel and receive a full or partial refund (depending on notice period).
- Physical Products (if applicable):
- If you change your mind, returns must be made within 14 days of receipt. The product must be in its original condition, unused, with all packaging.
- You are responsible for return postage unless product is faulty or misdescribed.
- Treatments / Room Rental / In-person Services:
- If you cancel in accordance with the cancellation notice period (see Terms section on Cancellation), you may receive full refund / credit.
- If cancellation is late or you fail to attend, you may forfeit payment or be charged a cancellation fee.
3. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods or Services
- If a product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, please notify us within 14 days of receipt (for goods) or within a reasonable time (for services).
- We will arrange for a replacement, repair or refund as appropriate.
4. Delivery (for physical goods & materials, if applicable)
- We aim to dispatch physical goods within 3-5 working days after payment.
- Delivery times are estimates; delays may occur. Aura-X is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers beyond reasonable control.
- You will be responsible for providing correct delivery address. If delivery fails due to your error, you may incur additional charges.
5. How to Return Items

- We’ll provide instructions, return address, and any applicable return postage refund if eligible.
