These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website (https://www.aura-x.co.uk/) and the purchase or booking of any products, courses, treatments, or services through us. Please read them carefully. By accessing or using our website or booking/purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

“We / Us / Our” means Aura-X, its affiliates, staff and agents.
“You / Your / Customer / Client” means the person who uses the website, purchases or books any service or product from us.
“Services” means massage services, room rental, Thai massage training courses, coaching, consultations, or any wellness-related treatments we provide.
“Products” means any goods we sell (e.g. online course materials, physical items if applicable).
“Booking” means making an appointment or enrolment for a service or course.
“Website” means https://www.aura-x.co.uk/ and all associated pages.

2. Eligibility & Account

You confirm you are over 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
If we require you to create an account to access certain services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information up to date.

3. Bookings, Orders & Payment

Bookings or orders are only confirmed when we send you a confirmation (by email or via the site), once payment is authorised or any required deposit is paid.

Prices displayed include VAT (where applicable) unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a treatment, session, or course, you must notify us at least 48 hrs./ 3-5 days in advance.
We reserve the right to charge a cancellation/rescheduling fee if you do not give sufficient notice.

6. Use of Services / Attendance / Conduct

You are responsible for arriving on time for your appointment or session. Late arrivals may result in a reduced session time or cancellation without refund.
You must follow Practitioner / Trainer instructions; failure to do so may lead to refusal of treatment without refund.
You must disclose relevant medical conditions or contraindications before treatment or course enrolment.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the website (images, text, videos, logos, course materials) is owned or licensed by Aura-X and protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property laws.
You may use the content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or republish content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for any indirect, special, or consequential loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of our website or provision of services.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the service or product in question.

9. Changes to Services or Terms

We may update these Terms or change/withdraw services, courses or products at any time. We will try to give you reasonable notice of significant changes.
Continued use of the website or booking after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England & Wales (or Scotland / Northern Ireland, adjust as applicable).
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
